Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SWM — See With Me (the "Service"), an independent travel and itinerary planner for the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches hosted in the New York / New Jersey region. The Service is operated by Chayanne Gonzalez ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use SWM

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract. If you use SWM on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

SWM provides itinerary planning, venue guides, transit information, curated recommendations, and related travel content. SWM is an independent product and is not affiliated with FIFA, U.S. Soccer, MetLife Stadium, the NY/NJ Host Committee, or any team or sponsor.

3. Account & accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
  • interfere with the Service's security, including probing, scraping, deploying malware, or reverse engineering;
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute paid content without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, content compilations, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial trip-planning purposes.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider and, where applicable, merchant of record for your transaction. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's terms in addition to ours. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

7. Service level & warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific match schedule, transit time, venue detail, or recommendation will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify time-sensitive information (match times, transit schedules, venue policies) with the official source before relying on it.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or missed events. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law forbids limitation.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your account data after a reasonable export window.

10. User content

If you submit content (trip notes, place submissions, feedback), you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chayanne Gonzalez is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
