14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through SWM (See With Me). If something is wrong with what you bought, contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will work with you to fix the issue or, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Digital-content carve-out
SWM sells downloadable and on-demand digital content (ebooks/PDF guides, AI-generated itineraries and 45-day plans, and unlocked premium guide pages). In line with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) and equivalent rules in other jurisdictions, the right of withdrawal / refund does not apply once we have begun supplying that digital content and you have given your express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw. In plain language: once a paid ebook has been downloaded, or an AI-generated plan has been delivered to your account, that specific item is generally not refundable.
By completing checkout for a digital item, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the carve-out above applies to that item. You are still entitled to a remedy if the content is defective, broken, or materially not as described — please reach out first and we will fix it.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the customer portal. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. Outside the 14-day window, subscription refunds are handled by Stripe on a case-by-case basis per Stripe's standard refund policy.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@seewithme.life with the email address you used at checkout and the reason for the request. We will review it and, where appropriate, process the refund through Stripe to your original payment method.
Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund process, or where the digital-content carve-out above applies. We will always try to resolve genuine issues with the content first.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary; most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
